By accessing and using our services, you accept these terms and conditions in full. Services and Warranty

Wired AF provides professional electrical installation, maintenance, and repair services. Our team is fully licensed and insured, ensuring that all services are performed to the highest standards of safety and professionalism.

We stand by the quality of our work and offer a service warranty on all completed projects. Specific warranty details, including duration and coverage, are provided at the time of service agreement and are included in your service contract. Pricing and Payment

Once a job is agreed upon, the customer is responsible for paying the agreed price established between the customer and the contractor. All invoices are payable at time of service. A thirty day grace period will be given before additional fees are added. Failure to pay within thirty may result in the outstanding amount being referred to a collection service.

Refund Policy

Wired AF takes pride in providing high-quality service. Due to the nature of our work, we do not offer refunds on completed work. We encourage our customers to review and inspect the work upon completion to ensure satisfaction.

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel or reschedule a service appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service may be subject to a cancellation fee.

Modifications to the Terms

Wired AF reserves the right to revise these terms and conditions at any time as it sees fit, and by using this website you are expected to review these terms and conditions on a regular basis.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms and conditions will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state or country in which Wired AF operates, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Utah, USA for the resolution of any disputes.
