    • Main panel cover removal and testing 

    • Testing of all GFCI protected outlets

    • Testing of all smoke and carbon monoxide detection alarms 

  • 10% discount for any additional electrical services while Extended Warranty is in effect.

  • Free return trip for any concerns while Extended Warranty is in effect..

  • All materials shall be warrantied to the full extent of their manufacturer warranty, or five years, whichever is longer including labor to replace.

Extended Warranty Contract

Wired AF’s extended warranty stands behind its workmanship with an unprecedented perpetual warranty!

Contractor warrants that all services, deliverables, and/or work product under this Contract shall be completed in a workmanlike manner consistent with standards in the trade, profession, or industry; shall conform to or exceed the specifications set forth in the incorporated attachments; and shall be fit for ordinary use, of good quality, with no material defects.standard warranty term is one (1) year.

  • In the event that materials need to be replaced outside of the manufacturer warranty or 5 five years due to defect, Wired AF shall complete the replacement free of charge while the extended warranty is in effect.

    • Materials covered are accessible without removing sheetrock or other finish construction materials not related to the electrical installation.

  • Extended warranty shall stay in effect as long as the customer is current with monthly subscription.

    • Other contractors working on electrical system will void the warranty 

    • Homeowner working on the electrical system will void the warranty
